The shredder works well. Shreds multiple sheets and credit cards. Less noisy than my prior shredder and is built better. I like the bin removal method and the window avoids overfilling the bin. Putting it together seemed intuitive but the shredder did not work. So I went to the instructions and discovered I needed to pull the bin out and then put down the shredding unit until it snapped into place! A sticker on top about this would be helpful and in a larger font than the other stickers. The shredder shipment came well and compactly packaged and separated out easily enough. The packaging engineers deserve an award! Follow the instruction book, it will help in getting it going! The English instructions are in broken English but adequate.

I had my sredding machine for 3yrs. The problem that I am now having is that some of the shred at material don't completely fall into the bottom of the bin. Is then spin in a reverse spin of the shredder machine. The reverse spine is to prevent the shredder from jamming, but the s shredding material settles above the shredder in the top cover of the machine itself. During the longevity of this machine constant use all of that shredding debris cumulates with noway be cleaned out. Destroyed , english terrier has no way to go but back in to the shredder , causing it to clogged. But i can truly say having this machine for 3 years in constant use with no preventive maintenance is amazing!!!

I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BRAND SHREDDER!! I BOUGHT THERE HEAVY DUTY 16 PAGE SHREDDER. I had to replace the first one because of it being defective! And Now after just barely past the warranty period AND I MEAN ABOUT 1MONTH past the warranty I started having problems with the shredding. I barely used my shredder when it started jerking when shredding, started making a loud clicking noise, started making a loud squeaking sound started having issues with it pulling the paper in to shred. I started having problems with it auto shutting off (it kept running until I turned the power off manually). I contacted the manufacturer, submitted multiple videos at there demand, explained my issues and reminded them there own trouble shooting guide stated to stop using it and replace it. I asked them if they would replace it based on having so many issues and that they had to replace the first one sent to me AND THE FACT IT WAS JUST PASTED THE WARRANTY PERIOD. I was finally TOLD NO BECAUSE IT WAS PASSED THE WARRANTY PERIOD. You would think customer satisfaction in there product was and meant something to them!! SO BOTTOM LINE: THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THERE PRODUCT & THERE PRODUCT DOES NOT HOLD UP!!! For the money I Paid for this 16 sheet heavy duty shredder you would think it would have lasted longer than 13 Months!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THERE PRODUCTS!!! THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEM!! I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE & QUALITY OF THERE SHREDDERS!!!!! BUYER BE WARNED!!!

A really great shredder. Gets through all kinds of paper and works smoothly

Was the best paper shredder I ever used until it shut off, burn smell from a jam. I got over 21/2 years from this and it worked awesome. Unfortunately, these companies only have 1 year warranty: a sad scam to provide products with only a 1 year guarantee and no accountability to replace or repair. I would buy again with an amazon warranty attached....Wife got me another brand, so we shall see

I haven’t used it a lot so long term durability isn’t determined. It is really quiet , shreds fast and looks nice. The pull out waste container is easy to remove and reinstall. It is heavy and rolls nicely on the provided casters, which two of them have brakes. At this time I would buy again.

This seller is awesome and the product does the job. I run a Tax Business and it is important to shred client documents. I have been using this unit for two years now with no problem. Additionally, the seller responds, answers questions, and resolves any issues with fast and courteous service. I would definitely buy from this seller again.

Everything about this shredder is well made. Might be a bit larger for home use but is what I wanted.

Don’t know why I didn’t opt for spending the extra money for a more robust shredder sooner. This machine shreds 2-5 page documents without pause for prolonged periods. Quiet as it works and gets the job done very efficiently. Large collection bin which diminishes the frequent required emptying. Being used for home office with moderate to intermittent large paper shredding needs. Very satisfied with product.

We bought this shredder on May 6th, 2025. It was working pretty good but it has never allowed us to shred the MAX amount of papers without jamming. In fact, it only would allow 2-3 pages at a time, not the promised amount. NOW its completed broken. We turned it on today, tried to shred ONE piece of paper and its making this HORRRIBLE sound and blowing dust EVERYWHERE. Disappointing to pay $189 for something that has broken in 3 months.
