very yummy alternative to chocolate. im using this because i read somewhere that excessive chocolate causes gray hairs so i want to cut down on choc wherever i can. i also love now foods since its good quality overall; i also buy vitamins and such from them

Excellent flavor, fresh, great chocolate alternative. Does taste of Carob, but I like that.

I love this carob powder. I don't eat chocolate at all. The robust flavor is an excellent replacement for all things chocolate. The price is great !

This is good quality carob powder. It smells good, tastes good, like carob powder should. The only negative is the packaging. Because this is an item where I rely on the zip top closure to work when storing my item, the fact that this package cannot be closed after opening it is problematic. I do have to store it in a plastic bag that seals.

I personally love the flavor! I add a little to my coffee, and it’s so delicious!

Good quality. Fresh and clean. If you're trying to cut out chocolate, carob can be a substitute. But for me, chocolate and carob taste different. Chocolate is bitter and rich, carob is sweet and nutty. Sometimes I want chocolate milk, and sometimes I want carob milk. They can be used in a lot of the same ways, hence making it a good substitute.

Not a great flavor compared to some other carob powders. It works fine, and smells nice, but the flavor is just a bit unpleasant unless you really get used to it.

I make “chocolate milk” with the carob powder and rice milk for my 6 year old with eczema and food sensitivities. He loves this and could tell the difference when I switched brands.
