Lay-Z-Spa 60303 LED Light Accessory for Hot Tubs, 7 Colour Underwater Light (2 Modes)

Very bright light for such a small size, it easily attaches to the return water jet (see video). I remove the light after every use as the previous one started to leak water inside. It takes 4x AAA batteries that are inserted at the rear, a small cross head screwdriver 🪛 is needed to replace the batteries. None were included. The light looks really pretty, it does need to be dark to get its full effect. It cycles through each colour and is turned on/off by a push button. The unit is easily cleaned with a cloth, i leave it to dry after each use. Quality is good for the low cost but it isn't suitable to be left in the tub at all times and needs removing after each use. Creates a nice relaxing atmosphere 😌

Awesome piece of kit

So we got our first lay z spa a few days ago and bought this light to go with it, couldn’t figure out where it screwed into, only after did we discover that you need to unscrew the chlorine tablet dispenser connection from the hot tub and that’s where it screws onto. Anyway, some have said this slows down the water flow rate so, here’s what we have done. Take some sand paper and sand down the threads on the light a little, it’s very soft plastic and sands easily so go gently! This will then allow you to push the light into the hole on the chem dispenser for a push fit connection instead which seems quite tight if you sand it down just enough and leave the flow rate correct. Hope this helps someone. The light itself is nice and bright and allows auto colour change or select a constant colour. Takes 3 aaa batteries.

Gave 1 star due to it not being like pictures it does NOT have the screw attachment at the back as shown in pictures, so if you have a older model lazy spa like the Vegas this does not fit the out flow pipe as there is no grooves to screw it on and you cant remove the original and screw this on as it doesn't have the male screw part at the back as shown so i returned for refund.

Worked for less than a year. But worked beautifully when it did work so I’m buying it again. Still, should have lasted more than a year. The batteries were completely corroded when I opened it so clearly not very waterproof.

J’ai ajouté cette lampe LED multicolore Bestway à mon spa gonflable maldive pour l’éclairage des soirées, et après quelques utilisations je suis globalement satisfait. ✅ Ce que j’ai apprécié : L’installation est très simple : on place la lampe, on insère 3 piles AAA (non incluses) et on appuie sur le bouton ; la lumière alterne entre 7 couleurs différentes. Le produit est bien étanche (indice IP68 selon la fiche produit). Le diamètre d’environ Ø 9,2 cm convient bien pour mon spa et l’effet lumineux est agréable, surtout le soir quand l’ambiance est tamisée. ⚠️ Ce qu’il faut savoir / quelques limites : L’autonomie est limitée à environ 2 heures avant arrêt automatique d’après la fiche. Si vous prévoyez des sessions longues, un éclairage alternatif ou des piles rechargeables peuvent être utiles. Il n’y a pas de variateur d’intensité ou télécommande sur ce modèle de base : on change les couleurs mais pas la luminosité. Si vous cherchez plus de contrôle, envisager un modèle plus haut de gamme. Bien que l’étanchéité soit annoncée, assurez-vous que la lampe est bien fixée et qu’elle ne se déplace pas dans l’eau, car tout mouvement peut gêner l’éclairage ou risquer un contact avec des éléments du spa. Conclusion : Pour mon usage personnel , cette lampe Bestway remplit parfaitement sa mission : elle rend les sessions plus conviviales, et l’installation ne prend vraiment que quelques minutes. Si vous cherchez à insuffler une ambiance «lumineuse » simple et efficace autour de votre spa, c’est un bon achat. Pour un usage très premium (éclairage ultra long, intensité ajustable, télécommande), vous pouvez envisager un modèle plus avancé. Je recommande sans hésiter. »
