I'll just point out that I've been using this Krylon Camo paint (in various colors) since it came out - and it's the best I've found at adhering - long-term - to plastic/fiberglass materials - even those that flex (like ATVs, coolers, weapons components, etc). Note that it does NOT mix well with Rustoleum or other paints (trust me), so if you need to touch up something just get more Krylon. I've tried it primed, sanded, unprimed, unsanded, etc. If you thoroughly clean the surface (remove all oils) it'll stick. Great paint, no issues with defective cans/sprayers (common to rustoleums lately) and worth the money. The VERY flat finishes are perfect for camo work.
