Best transport chair around - easy to use/transport and amazing service!
I needed to purchase a portable transport chair for my elderly mother who could no longer use her walker for more than a few feet without tiring. I read every product review on Amazon and settled on the portable transport chair by Fenetic Wellbeing USA. It fits into a zippered bag when folded, which I saw as a plus when we travel. The chair's design is brilliant. It is simple to attach the foot supports (initially and when in use) and similarly very easy to open and close. This is especially important when traveling with my mother and simultaneously accessing or storing the chair. The chair was delivered quickly and there was a small problem with the order. Fenetic's customer service was very responsible, we confirmed the issue via a FaceTime call and a new chair was quickly sent while I returned the first item sent. I highly recommend this chair (with the seat pad suggested by Amazon)! If I could give 10 stars for the chair's brilliant design, ease of use and responsive customer service, I would.

Worked great for my daughter: buy a cushion to go with it
Used it to transport my daughter aroudn on a couple of international trips. Worked great. Airlines had no problem with it once we told them it was a wheelchair.Decent construction, but keep in mind that my daughter is light.Absolutely buy a cushion for the passenger to sit on. The canvas sling that makes up the seat base is thin and not comfortable to sit on for long periods of time.Maneuvering was easy. Like the hand brakes for down slopes.Packing into the bag was easyThere are two small plastic covers (like plug covers) that seem to be designed to prevent sharp edges from damaging the bag. They are easy to lose.

A great transport chair, after you practice how to fold and unfold.
It is a well designed transport chair. It is well build yet light weight and easily handled. The large back wheelsprovide good support. It is truelly a master piece. There is customer support, either by phone or online.www.fenetic.us, [email protected] , Toll Free : (888) 38 [email protected]

Sturdy, dependable, easily collapses or folds out
Best feature are the two straps at the side of the seat. Not only can you pull on them to fold the chair easily. But it allows you to easily pick up and pack the chair in the car as holding by the straps keeps everything tight and together. We use a slide board and thus needed the removable sides / handle. To get the side even further out of the way, put down the upper handle / brake. Then the side handle folds all the way back, not just straight up. Really gets it out of the way and stays put. Brake lock still holds while doing this.Only possible complaint would be for a way to keep the legs attached after swinging them out of the way. But not too big an issue. At least they do not flop around while trying to move it like another we tried.

The best little wheelchair!
Bought the same one a few years ago and put years and miles on it. Needed a replacement since worn out. We tried others and they didn’t work out so bought the same one. Works perfectly!

Great find!
We found that we needed a transport chair for my sister so I decided to try this one. I was able to get it in and out of the car on my own. I only used at stores or doctor's visit and it was a blessing to have. Totally recommend to anyone who needs help with getting someone around to appointments.

Best compact chair, but not perfect.
This was a replacement for an earlier version that simply wore out. Basically use it for travel because of how well it folds and has a pretty good bag. Twelve inch wheels are a must for Europe and elsewhere . Two problems , one is the front wheels will lock on the frame or footrest . A simple design fix that others should not be reporting . Second is lack of foot pegs for the pusher, they are super helpful going over curbs and the like. I gave this chair away in Central America because of a baggage problem (not related to any airline) and have been looking to replace it. I am sorry to read in these comments that these problems are not fixed as this is still theBest chair of this type - compact when folded and with a pretty good bag - that I can find. If I could write specs for it I would add brakes that the rider can apply and do away with the semi-pneumatic tires as they do make pushing it on a non-hard surface much harder. Yet, I might buy it again.should have occurred in the evolution
