Or a seller could spend (waste) the time feeling each package. We don't do either. When we sell them blind, they are blind, plain and simple. We keep a few boxes on hand that are never identified. When we are selling them identified, we actually open each pack, label and reseal it. It is obvious that we have done so. It is faster, easier, and more certain (as even Lego mis-packs them sometimes) if we are selling them that way. So, if you want them blind, that's how we do it. Some sellers may be willing to sort them out for you, and some may be dumping their unpopular figures. It is hard to be sure what is happening.
