Beautifully made tent at economy price!
I love everything about this tent. Other reviewers have talked about the tension on the lines. I took it out of its package and placed the footprint down, laid out the tent, put in four stakes, placed one trek pole in place and staked out door, on other side, installed trek pole and staked out for door and adjusted tension. Tension held and took about 10 min setup first time. If you’ve put up tents before, you got this. This will be used for backpacking. Heading to Isle Royale this year and AT thru hike starting next April. The weight of this tent is incredible and the footprint is as heavy as the tent. Considering making a tyvek footprint for it. That would be lighter. Also tent stakes have a very small indent to catch the guy lines. Possibly purchase some lightweight stakes. Don’t forget to seal all seams!! Great tent and can’t wait to get it out on the trail!

Lanshan 2 pro 3 season
I have a Lanshan 1 Pro, and wanted a little more room for the wetter seasons. The tents cannot be seam taped, so you have to seam seal it before using (it WILL leak if you don't). While I used the syringe on my 1Pro, I used a brush, and a thinned down - with mineral spirits - seam sealer for silicone and it went much quicker and easier. There are several You Tube videos about this. The build is quite good, no loose threads, and all the stress places have very good protection. Since the corners staying in place is what holds the tent up, if you hike in a place with a lot of sand or loose soil, you may want to get larger tent stakes. There is room for 2 people in the tent, with not a lot of room left over. For my use, doing trail work parties, I want to have my wet stuff far away from my sleep system. The vestibules are quite large, and since the doors are almost vertical, little or no rain gets in when you open the door.Condensation is a fact of life with a single wall tent, but so far just a quick wipe with a cloth gets what has accumulated near my head. This may change as I haven't had this tent out on a cold rainy night yet.You will need to bring trekking poles to set up the tent, no big deal if you already use them. If you don't want to carry poles, I tied a piece of string to the top of the tent, and put two knots 125 CM apart so I can just cut a couple of sticks. So far I'm impressed with this tent, and how much bang for the buck you get. Delivery was fast, just 6 days.

great ultra light tent!
Easy up and so spacious and a great weight!. I love it. Haven't tested it yet in strong wind. waterproofing it is not a big deal.

Excellent Tent.
This is a great tent, if you're willing to spend an hour seam sealing. Excellent size, big enough for 2x 6'3"- 6'5" adults. It even came with the syringe for seam sealing and a ground cover (unexpected bonus). Tent was FedExed from China in less than a week and a half.Lots of upgrades from the original Lanshan 2: better cordage, better hardware, zipper pulls, reinforcements, and of course sizing is great for tall adults. Ventilation is good, no issues with condensation dripping into the tent.

Light and roomy, good price.
Scaling down the weight of my solo backpacking kit, so picked this up, as I'm not willing to pay the high price of the cutting-edge Dyneema versions of similar single-wall trekking pole tents. After using for a couple of nights, my first impression is that it sets up fairly easily, but only under ideal conditions where you can get in the 8 necessary stakes.Pro's-*Very lightweight for the amount of space.*2 doors and vestibules.*Could be used by 2 people, but just barely with 20" pads. You'd need to be very cozy.*Came with a footprint.*Materials, sewing, and seam taping of floor seemed good quality.*Couple of hanging rings near the peaks inside for lamp, or can string a clothes line between them.Con's-*Not being self-supported with a frame, can not be used as easily in some situations, on slickrock for example.*This type of design is more prone to flapping in wind, sags when damp and needs repeated re-tightening of lines. Needs cord locks on the lines to the bathtub floor, only comes with knots to slide (which loosen).*Lots of condensation, even in the desert :( I kept the fly zipped up because it was cold, and will likely be better when warm enough to leave them rolled open for better ventilation.*Even at my 5'10" height, the footbox of my bag and my hat were wet from touching the walls during the night. If you perfectly center yourself, you won't touch, but when moving around in the dark, it's likely that you will.*Only 1 tiny mesh pocket sewn to the bathtub floor that won't hold much. I'm used to 2 larger pockets and a mesh gear loft in my MSR Hubba NX 1 person tent, so will try to modify it to match.*Aluminum stakes are a bit short, may pull out in heavy wind.*It is prohibitively expensive for the producer to seam seal the silnylon tent canopy (but not the standard PU-coated bathtub floor), and so you will need to do that yourself, taking about 90 minutes. Make sure to get the correct seam sealant for silicone-impregnated nylon.

Love the tent !!!
It's my 4th lanshan. I love these tent.I own the 1p, 1p pro, 2p and now 2p pro.I prefer the pro version cause the bugs don't get stuck in between the mesh, lighter and easier to pitch. For the condensation issues, never had any problem so far (after years!)Best weight-to-quality ratio for the price.I've seen many thru-hikers on the AT with it so it's good enough for long hikes.

No regrets
I took a couple of days to carefully look the tent over and I did not find anything wrong with it, not even a single hanging thread. I did notice that the shock cord at the corners of the tub floor has been replaced by the same cordage that is used for the guy lines. No big deal there. Mine came with the foot print and even that was perfect. I would not hesitate buying another one if needed.
