THEN, CHOOSE the REVERSE (or back) side of your pendant so it is pretty however it falls. FINALLY, use the drop down menu for CHAIN CHOICE (addit. charge) and that's it! Your jewelry will be truly one of a kind, as is the nature of all handmade goods; it will not be a mirror image of the jewelry in the pictures due to it being handmade, but it will just as, or perhaps even more beautiful. The picture does not do this pendant justice, it is beautiful and unique. A chain does come with the necklace, and you do have a choice of two styles however eventually I did purchase another chain as I wanted one a little sturdier, because I would be sad to lose this pendant, that is how much I like it. These are not shiny, but antiqued looking, so do not use a liquid silver cleaner if you like the look as in the pictures. The artisan actually put a little handwritten note with the package, which was presented so nicely, actually the best presentation I have seen so far, and it came ahead of time. Get this, for yourself or a loved one, you will not regret it.
