Looks cool. I really like the design but Valve leaks. Lasted a few months. I Woke up to find the counter covered in rum. Not sure I’ll ever buy another decanter with a valve on it. So $120 waisted on here looking for a replacement. Tried retightening but still leaking. Update tightened the nozzle again and it finally stopped leaking.

Love the craftsmanship here in this gift I bought for my brother who loves rum and didn’t have a decanter. It can hold just about your average bottle of alcohol and pours good. The stand is nice and size of the decanter makes for traveling with it around and easy possibility, not bulky at all. He loved the gift and said he would recommend it to anyone, it’s just not huge if your looking for something that’ll blow people away...it is however made extremely well and is a good conversation piece. Would recommend

This decanter is small as everyone has said before, however it holds a whole bottle of liquor! And if it were any bigger it would detract from other decanters and bottles that I have. I was able to perfectly place this decanter in a side of my China cabinet directly under a light that illuminates it beautifully. I would buy this again in a heartbeat. It would make for a lovely gift. The packaging was spectacular, a lot of thought put into this. No breaks no cracks, perfect shape. I. Love. It.

Edit: original post below:So they finally sent a replacement for the broken item and the craftsmanship was actually more beautiful than the original and no leaks. Still only granting 4 stars since there was that hiccup, but credit where credit is due. As for recommendations? Up to you. They did resolve the issue and the gift is great. I do understand if you are hesitant to purchase after this review.“I bought for this for my brother as a Christmas present. Immediately he began to fill it but the decanter itself leaked. We thought it was the nozzle attachment not being tight enough and adjusted accordingly but it appears as though there is a leak from the glass barrel itself.I’m giving 1 star as I have been in contact for close to two weeks now with customer service and they sent a replacement for the nozzle which is not the problem. I’ll update my review if this mess is ever sorted out. Such a shame given how beautiful the decanter is...All in all, if you don’t want to actually use the item, it does make a great decoration.”
