Not sturdy at all and difficult to push as leans to the left.
I find this verers to the left all the time, thus making it hard work to push and makes me twist my body. I feel the wheels are too small and it is unsturdy, especially when going up a kerb, with an ,8 kg dog in it, it wants to fall over. If the wheels were larger as I have had previously it would be ok. My first inopet stroller was excellent but too small now and I have tried others of there's but not fit for purpose. I am trying another make. Also it is virtually impossible to zip up the front cover.Very disappointed.

Make sure you are happy with the handle height
Overall good quality item that is relatively straightforward to assemble and collapse. Our disappointment centres around the fact that you cannot adjust the height of the push bar handle. This means we both get a bad back pushing the trolley which means we are reluctant to use it for more than 0.5 hours.

Fantastic
Love it. Very easy to push. I am small, a female OAP and my dog weighs 13.4 Kg. The only difficulty is when she sits to one side and then it's harder to turn but I am not very strong anyway. It is very stable and I push it through meadows. I couldn't live without it. I added a petfleece to the mattress for more comfort. There is one problem - both bolts that fix the basket to the frame at the back sheared one by one. Fortunately, I live near a motorcycle workshop and for a very small payment, they fixed it with strong bolts which hopefully will not sheer again. I have to frequently get it on and off of buses which probably put a bit of strain on that part of the buggy i.e. pushing down on the handle to get the front wheel up and on to the bus. In spite of that, I would and could not be without it. Getting it on and off a train can be difficult by yourself - depending on the height to platform and if there is a gap. I did a long journey this year but booked assistance as I knew that by myself I may not be able to get it on or off. Of course it folds, but I can't lift dog and buggy at the same time. I had a previous buggy which was horrendous to push. I chose the Urban because my dog likes to lay full length and she can do this with comfort (Border Terrier cross) whilst I am at ease with pushing it. The basket below is extremely useful too and the buggy will soon be used to take the cat to the vet - multi purpose. It's a lifeline to me and my dog.
