Having to convert the recipes from cups, pounds and ounces before you start an become a hassle

Seems to have a lot of interesting recipes but the measures are very American and some of the ingredients won’t be easy to get in the UK .I wouldn’t buy it again and probably won’t use it much

Not bad - some interesting ideas.

I didn’t realize this book was lacking pictures. To me a good cook book has pictures of every recipe to let all cooks know what the recipe should look like - new cooks as well as experienced cooks. I’ll try to see if there is anyone who would like to have this cook book. I won’t be using it.

Have not tried a lot of recipes yet but those we have are excellent.
