**Q: Is this made in China?**
A: Yes

**Q: Can you pour from the chug cap?**
A: Is that the clear piece under the screw-on cap?  Then, yes!  
It is not a very large opening so if you use cubed ice, the ice usually stays in the thermos.  Crushed ice would pour out with the liquid.

**Q: Is the mouth glass?**
A: The chug cap is shatter proof plastic.  Love this product!

**Q: Does this bottle leak when laying sideways. I ride a motorcycle and need something that won’t leak to carry to work**
A: Mine has never leaked, even when upside down in a bag. They are really well made bottles.
