What can I say? It’s red food coloring and it works just like red food coloring should.

My granddaughter wanted a red velvet cake for her birthday. This food coloring was rich in color and had no funny taste.

Flavorless, bold red color, a bit pricey for the amount, no 'functionality' per se, but this worked just fine as intended in red velvet cake. The bottle/package did not leak and it would probably last a long time, sealed, but I used it immediately.
