Bought this as a Christmas gift for my mother-in-law who’s had nothing but good things to say about it. She uses it when she cooks for large family gatherings. It’s sturdy, food cooks evenly (the bottom is solid enough that excessive burning hasn’t been an issue, which was a concern I had ordering online where I couldn’t examine it for myself), and the rubber handles make it much easier to handle and maneuver than other large pots she has. It’s so far proven to be a good quality pot, especially for the price.

I bought this because I wanted something that wouldn’t burn my chili if I didn’t stir it every 10 minutes. My old chili pot was granite ware and that’s what would happen with it. It is a bit hard to clean. If you don’t scrub it hard there will be stains on the inside bottom. If you don’t have a problem with scrubbing, then this pan will work perfectly, look good and last a long time. Well worth the money.

I got this pot as a gift for my sister. But I also knew I was going to be borrowing it! :-) The sides of the pot are not quite as sturdy as I would like them, but they are sturdy enough. the clear lid is great for keeping track of what’s going on inside the pot, the bottom is quite thick and does a great job of evenly distribute in the heat. I was impressed with the thickness of it. I would definitely buy this again or recommend it to others.

The only possible negative would be the heavier weight than my other pans. It is a bit heavy for me to lift and turn to transfer food in to bowl or other receptacle with a spatula.

Similar in weight & performance to a quality name brand we own.

Handle is a bit flimsy . Also rubber on handle should cover entire handle .

If you boil milk and very quickly it will over flow because it is very narrow. The handle will get worn out easily due to heat compared to the other stainless steel handles.

The pot arrived from USA in a box labelled 4 quarts.4 quarts = 8 pintsIt had permanent marks in it up to a usable 3 litre mark. I could fit just under another half a litre in the pot before it started overflowing, ie about 6 pints or 3 quarts.Despite it not being able to hold the amount I wished to cook, I have not sent it back due to the hassle and the totally unnecessary carbon footprint! Had I known it would be coming from the States I would not have ordered this item.
