Beautiful and functional at a great price
I have purchased several other Ufine products and have been very pleased with the quality, price, and excellent customer service. The bamboo plant stand is no exception. It arrived well packaged for transit with no damage. All of the pieces and everything I needed to assemble the stand were included. The instructions were clearly written with nice diagrams. I had no trouble following the directions and assembling the stand. I needed a stand for some potted plants and this was exactly what I wanted. The bamboo is lightweight, sturdy, durable, waterproof, and beautifully finished. The 40 pound capacity per shelf is plenty for my pots, as you can see in the pictures. The slat shelves allow for excess water to drain away from the pots to avoid excess watering. It folds up and can also be easily disassembled so you can move it from deck, to porch, or yard as needed. This is a wonderful addition to my decor and a bargain at under $60. Ufine is a great seller with fantastic customer service. I am very pleased with this stand and would recommend it to anyone. It looks great!

Usefull - looks nice
Would have been 5-star except for the poor instructions. If it hadn't been such a good design and so obvious final assembly, after 3 or 4 errors how it went together, I would have sent it back. Something letting the buyer know that the shelves go in last and pivot down to fold up the frame would have been very nice. I spent 27 years writing instruction manuals for military electronic equipment. The Army required 5th grade level according to milstd 38784. This instruction was below that and incomplete. Bottom line, however, once together, it worked out great.

3-tier Ladder Shelf problems & corrected
Triangle Brace for all 3-shelfs did not line up as per instructions. In order to make the braces to fit I had to make a spacer block, then find longer bolts. 2nd issue there were 2-side braces for one shelf that were too long. Had to cut them to make them fit between legs. Spent money on wood, bolts and nuts to assemble this product. Please let manufacturer know of this error.Ufine manufacturer contacted me and provided the items missing. They said have corrected shipments that had missing parts. Construction is very good and like the product.

Another major disappointment from China( MY correction/apology below)
I should read the critical reviews before ordering. My problems were the same as many: holes not drilled in the correct places, skimpy instructions with minuscule diagrams, non labeled parts and (worst of all) the bizarre screws (and I use the term screws loosely) and the Lilliputian "screwdriver" which would not even make the grade in an Erector set. Even the shipping carton was so flimsy that I'm not sure how I can re-pack all the parts for a refund. I had such high hopes (and a space reserved) for this item. Jeff Bezos should try to assemble one of these! UPDATE: following my negative review I rec'd a note from the seller that they would refund my $$ If I commented on their message. There was NO place to comment so I did the next best thing: I added "have heard from seller about refund..." That was over a week ago and no refund or comm has been received.THE SELLER asked for photos and I sent them....comms are slow right now, nobody's fault. Admittedly the assembly diagrams are minuscule and not much help...the use of an allen key to drive screws had me confused from the start. Nonetheless the company issued a complete refund without asking for the item. I went back, reread the directions and (with the help of the photos of the item on Amazon) assembled it in about 1.5 hours.Suggestions: make directions larger and more thorough / include something besides an allen wrench to drive the screws (a little hex headed bit for a small electric drill/driver would work/ print part #'s right on the pieces.I'm satisfied that the seller went above and beyond requirements--I hope Amazon will see that the seller gets paid for the item. All in all it was a lesson in slowing down and taking a deep breath---maybe the stay at home helped!

Sturdy & attractive indoor/outdoor plant stand
I bought this with intentions of using to hold some of my container veggies outside, but ended up deciding to use it indoors because it’s so blends well with my boho decor. The stand itself is study, I can put multiple plants in ceramic pots on it without issue. The wood feels waterproof as advertised but as previously mentioned I didn’t end up putting it outside so I comment on outdoor durability. This stand DOES require assembly. Personally I tried to do it myself, got half way done and decided I needed an extra set of hands. When I woke up the next morning however, my boyfriend finished assembling it himself. So it can be done with one person but I would reccomend two people. Total assembly took about 15 minutes, and was very straight forward. All tools needed are included which is nice for people that don’t have a set of tools. All pieces were that were supposed to be included were present in the box, which is great because I’ve had to call about missing parts for many things over the years.Value: this is competitively priced to other products on amazon, and on par with similar items I’ve found in big box stores. Personally I plan to buy a second one for my deck. (For real this time lol)All in all I would recommend this product my only “complaint” is that it wasn’t preassembled but of course it can’t be for shipping purposes.
