I had the same problem after so much iteration of write. what i did was clear the cache. the memory can only hold so much write before it hangs. I never saw a command line tool. This card has eight relays. Each relay has three screw clamp terminals where one is normally open, one is normally closed and the last is the common. So you can wire your device(s) to any or all relays in either normally open or closed position as you like.
