Flamethrower of a flashlight !!
Wow !!! Received the product promptly and found it to came in a very nice hard hard case. I knew it came with a case but I did not expect it to be this rugged. After reading the instructions, I charged the batteries for about an hour and the green charging light flickered on letting me know my new toy was ready to go. Can you say "FLAMETHROWER"!! This thing is incredible. I am a bit of a flashlight freak, and I have lights that cost three times more and they are no brighter than this lamp. Seems very well made, has a nice heft to it and the beam adjustment is firm and smooth. Came with an extra battery and a battery adapter for when you need to use regular batteries. Very very happy with this lamp, well made and did I mention, extremely bright. ( I made the mistake of kicking it into flashing mode in a dark room and my wife is still seeing spots. For the tactical gang, I have no doubt this is blindingly bright in flash mode in a dark room! Could not be happier !

Crazy Cool Flashlight!!!!
I'm not one to feel so strongly about a purchase that I take time to write a review but I wanted to give credit where credit was due. This is a really cool flashlight!!!!!! I walk my dog in the evenings and almost always if not all the time bring a flashlight with me. I'm overly paranoid in the dark and therefore, I appreciate being able to see where I'm going at all times, letting a passing car know that I'm there, but ultimately it makes me comfortable and safe when it's just me and my dog. I have gone through countless plastic flashlights because it seemed like after the third use they would need new batteries or if I accidentally dropped it, it would crack or the light would go in and out. Finally I just caved and invested in something reliable. I decided on this one because I really liked the name but when I got it I was seriously impressed that a flashlight was able to have so many functionalities in something so small! It came in a mini suitcase with charged lithium batteries so I was already excited I didn't have to go out and purchase new batteries, a battery charger, and an optional AAA battery pack which I know I'll need for when I forget to charge my batteries. It projects light at a high capacity so even if you set it to a low intensity you still gain a great perspective of what's in front of you but recently the two features that I have been utilizing the most and didn't even know about when I bought it, is the flickering mode and zoom feature. The flickering mode is nice when that occasional speeding car comes zipping around the corner and you need to quickly get the drivers attention but also to reassure yourself that they see you and I LOVE the zoom-in feature so im not worrying about a rock that I think is a raccoon.... Ultimately, this has made my evening walks with my dog sooo much more enjoyable in that I feel safe having the best set of eyes a paranoid dog walker could ask for!!!!! Extremely happy with my purchase!!!

Cool Flashlight Set!
This is a cool lil flashlight set! Has everything you need, and the rechargeable batteries are a true plus...this is a great thing to have in the car, or by your bedside for emergencies...even has strobe mode, with fast and slow settings, and more options...There's a wide variety of uses for this flashlight...and the sturdy case keeps it all accessible.....

Small flashlight gets too hot!!
I got this flashlight to walk my dogs at night. In Florida we are inundated with Cain toads that are poisonous to dogs so having a good flashlight is a must. I originally bought this so I could use the small flashlight for walking and put the larger flashlight in my car. The little flashlight is the perfect size however it gets extremely hot. When walking the dogs I have to have the flashlight on the entire time. After 15 minutes it's unusable. It gets that hot. The larger flashlight works just fine. It has a very nice wide bright beam. I have decided to use that as my walking flashlight. The flashlight is still quite small and easy enough to carry. I have recommended this product to other friends with dogs warning them about the small flashlight issue.

Light up your world
I purchased this flashlight because I walk my dog very early in the morning and lately I have been seeing more and more wildlife that I would like to avoid! It's a large, wooded suburban area in Pennsylvania so personal security was not a main reason for purchasing this flashlight - I just wanted to make sure that I saw the skunks, foxes, and coyotes (yup, that's right, we even have Eastern Coyotes in the suburbs of Bucks County but the sightings are thankfully rare) from a long, safe distance!The product arrived ahead of schedule and had all of the parts that were advertised. I like the "kit" box that it comes in! There was only one negative, but it was pretty important: the thick glass lens that focuses the light was not attached to the threaded ring at the end of the flashlight. It was just rattling around between the light source and the ring. There wasn't much documentation with the flashlight so it took me a few minutes to figure out that the ring was detachable (you can screw/unscrew it with your hand). It took me a few more minutes to figure out that I could just push/snap the lens back into the ring.So, I screwed the ring and lens back on and I am now the human torch! This flashlight is amazingly bright and the beam is adjustable so that you can illuminate large areas up close or focus a narrow beam to see long distances! It has a wrist strap which is GREAT. Honestly, I can't remember EVER thinking that "wrist strap" was a deal maker/breaker but it's already saved three drops in the week that I've owned it! (My dog chases after birds that I can't see and, when the leash snaps taut, the flashlight can go flying.)As an aside, I'm embarrassed to say how much fun it is to have a torch like this! For example, you can shine it on light-sensitive street lights (or porch lights) and turn them off from a distance. Oh, don't look into the beam. Yeah, it says not to do that in the little sheet that comes with it, but that just prompted me to do it. I almost had to call out of work, but my vision returned and the green spots faded away after about 30 minutes. It's really THAT strong. The first morning that I used it, I would sense my dog looking at a bird so, naturally, I pointed my portable lighthouse and that direction. Well, the bird took off immediately but flew right into a tree trunk! It happened a 2 or 3 more times where the bird would fly erratically after being spotted and I realized that I was probably temporarily blinding it in one eye. Thankfully, my dog doesn't turn around when I'm walking her... That said, I keep it on the low setting now to avoid any accidental pet blindings! Also, I've learned that I actually DON'T want to know about all of the wildlife that actually IS there in the morning! I always suspected there was stuff that I didn't see but I was better off psychologically when I didn't see all the predators (no, I haven't seen the coyote yet!). So, I bought some mace to carry in the other hand...Overall, nice torch that is working as advertised. Except for the inconvenience of having to figure out the lens, this is an amazing light and its small size makes it incredibly convenient!-Tom
