What can you say about ink? It’s easy to install and replace the older cartridges. The colors are vibrant and I’ve had no problems whatsoever.

Company sent new set of cartridges based on my unhappy review. They were much better. Stellar customer service.

October 31, 2017 I'll start with the basics. As all have basically stated manufacturer toner replacements are high in cost, but their quality is quite good. I have in the past, in other model toners, done the refill options, but noted that somewhere in the third refill quality degraded significantly. I discovered Ink E-Sale while searching Amazon and gave it a try. I don't have solid numbers, coverage percentages, density, and such, but I will say I have noticed NO difference as compared to Brother brand toners. The blacks are blacks, the blues blues, and so on. I've never noticed any form of dusting, skips, or leaking of the product in my printer. All in all these were for me an exceptional replacement to the Brother branded toners. The printer recognized these toners with no issues and I was printing in no time. However, sometimes issues arise, and most of the time it's how the issues are handled that sets one supplier apart from the rest. I ordered these high yield replacements in August of 2017 and installed them in my printer about a week after receipt. Up to this time my printer had been running from February 2017 to August 2017 with original toners. I was able to print approximately 2300 pages out of the original toners, I can't recall what yield they were. I have since then printed approximately 700 pages on the ink -sale toners with sub par life expectancy from the yellow toner, and I can't be sure about the projected life on the remaining colors. Within two months the yellow toner has gone from full to just about empty. I contacted Ink E-sale regarding this issue and I was blown away by their rapid response, I was contacted within 24 hours of my reaching out to them. I explained the toner life issue, provided proof of purchase, and pictures of the toner levels, and from initial contact on Oct. 27th I had a new set of toners sitting on my front porch on Oct. 30th. Both the product and the company have retained my loyalty due to their customer service. What good is a BMW if you can't find help for the occasional mishap. I will update this review in a few months to see how the new lot# of ink is performing.

Ink E-Sales customer service responded to my EMAIL warranty inquiry in 12 minutes with a very helpful tone and attitude! I purchased a set of 4 toners for backups back in August (this is January) and just needed to install 3 of them. The Cyan worked fine, but I had print quality issues with the Black and Magenta. In my email I provided them with scanned copies of the printouts, as well as proof my printer was working fine with the old cartridges and a copy of my Amazon receipt. They requested photos of the cartridges so they could see the lot # they came from (which tells me they are interested in tracking any failures), and then promptly sent me replacements. They said 3 to 5 days and the replacements arrived in 4, delivered on a Sunday by FEDEX. I will definitely do business with this company again. I don't normally do many reviews, but given the complaints I saw about customer service, I thought I would share my experience, maybe they made some changes?
