A MUST BUY FOR AP PHYSICS 2 STUDENTS!!!!!
This book is amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It is WAY better than the crappy review books by Princeton Review, Barrons (which are known to be immensely population among AP studnets). This book contains a concise review of relevant AP Physics 2 content and contains - the best part about it that sets it apart from the competition- AP questions that mirror the look and feel of legit AP exam questions. Albeit some mistakes in the key (which are quickly discernable if you're a good AP Physics student) this book is solid. Combine this with Dan Fullerton's AP Physics 2 Essentials and you're on your way for AP Physics success! :)

this prep book is comparatively perfect for a student no matter you are self-study person ...
As a student who just finished AP Physics 2 Test, this prep book is comparatively perfect for a student no matter you are self-study person or in the class. The concepts are really easy to understand. If you check the FRQ, which was already released a few day ago, you can find some questions are exactly same concepts in this prep book! However, there is something in this book cannot be reached. For example, in this prep book, they don't mention experiment so much, even the experiment plays an really important role on AP Physics 2 Exam. My advise is you can search them in youtube to make you more prepared. Second, the problems after each section is not enough. When you finish one chapter, you should learn many new concepts, however, you only do some of them in the review question, which means it cannot strength your skills on those questions you don't familiar with. Because AP Physics 2 is kind of brand new test, many prep books cannot offer so many questions, or they just copy many from previous AP Physics B questions. To be honest, AP Physics 2 is not easy, the percentage to get 5 last year is only 8 percent(AP Physics 1 is 4 percent, which is insane). For the people who have some calculus-based and they want to major in engineering in college, you guys should take AP Physics C Mechanics and Electricity/ Magnetism). These tests are hard, but they curve so high(like EM test you get around sixty percent right and you still can get 5) BTW the people who get 5 in these test are more than 20 percent. AP Physics 1 and AP Physics 2 are totally essay-based and they will not help you to get credits if you want to major in engineering. Generally speaking, 5 steps did a really good job on AP Physics 2 prep book! If you still have some concerns about this book you can contact me and I will try you help you.

Solid comprehensive overview of the Physics 2 exam
This is the best AP Physics 2 guide out there. If you go through the book, do all the problems, review all the material, and ground in the knowledge, you will definitely be getting a 5 on the exam.Personally, I self studied AP Physics 2 in 2 weeks and got a 4 on the exam, and it really was thanks to Christopher Bruhn's excellent guide.

Now I am using both 5 Steps to a 5 AP Physics 1 and 2
I believe they are the best prep books for AP Physics 1 and 2 so far. I used to prefer Princeton Review and Barron's AP Physics B books. But the 5 Steps books are newer and conform to the new curriculum better.

This is the one to get!
This is the one to get! I'm an AP Physics teacher. This is the one I am using with my students. You can tell that this book was written for the new redesigned exam. The problems mirror the new exam questions in both form/content and the book gives you guidance how to answer them. Really good book!
