Exactly what I was hoping for. I bought these same rugs, in a different color, about 6 years ago. I use them in front of the kitchen sink and stove. We have a dog. The old ones have been washed in the washer every year. I know that's probably not the right way to care for them, but it was the easiest. They have begun to look kind of shabby, but still held their shape and did not come apart. The new one's are a beautiful color and appear to be just as well made. I really like them.

Very thin & stiff carpet. No backing to help keep it in place. Certainly not worth the money.Cat uses it as a scratch post. Should have returned it.
