I don’t usually write reviews, but the SoundAsleep air mattress truly impressed me. I bought it for occasional guests, and we honestly didn't expect it to be so comfortable. Setup was a breeze with the built-in pump, which inflated in 3 minutes and had a deflate function to ensure that all air comes out. There was no sagging in the middle, and once broken in, the mattress stayed fully inflated without needing a top-up. The height is perfect too, making it feel more like a real bed rather than something temporary.Moreover, the after-sales customer service was excellent and the team promptly followed up with any concerns that I had; Casey responded within 24 hours and was super helpful and friendly. Our first SoundAsleep mattress was a Queen and we absolutely loved it! Quick & easy to inflate & deflate, we love the built in air pump feature. I’m so spoiled now, I’ll never buy a mattress without it. This mattress is super comfortable and never self deflates. Easily to fold up and store back in its bag after each use. Let’s talk about durability, it survived 2-3 ten year old boy's, at one time for about 10-15 times a year. This mattress lasted four years, then it developed a slow leak. This April when I replaced it we decided to upgrade to the King! The boys are 12 now and the queen was getting small for them. After using it once I noticed it had lost some air, which was unusual. After the second use it had lost a considerable amount of air. I checked the return/replacement date from Amazon and it had expired a week prior. I was so upset and thought I had just wasted almost $200 on this new mattress, when I decided to reach out to SoundAsleep directly. I was so impressed with their customer service and Casey, the rep that helped me. He replied to my email the next day, letting me know that he had already processed an order to replace my mattress and it would arrive in 3-5 days!! I cannot say enough about how well SoundAsleep stands behind their products. You now have a customer for life!

My partner and I have a small apartment and semi-frequent guests, and this was the perfect solution for us. The plug-in pump is easy to use and works quickly. The material is both comfortable and durable. Packing it away between uses is painless.Above all that, the company itself seems to really value customer satisfaction. We had one of these for years, getting at least a few dozens uses per year, until a leak finally formed. No matter, we'll just order another because we got so much value out of the first. Only this time, the new mattress appeared defective and sprung a leak after only one use. Frustrated, I reached out to SoundAsleep and explained what happened, and without any hesitation or skepticism they immediately express shipped a brand new one to us - free of charge! This air mattress is incredible. We purchased a "Twin XL" and it is perfect for any adult, including a tall man. We've only used it a few times, but the ease and convenience are unparalleled. It easily goes in and out of its storage bag, and it inflates to a comfortable bed-like height in a couple of minutes. Unlike other air mattresses, it seems to stay "firm" and is more like a real mattress when compared to other ones I've had in the past. You have to have electricity to use it (as far as I know?) so it may not be optimal for camping unless you have power. However, we bought it to use for the occasional overnight guest, and it has been fantastic. The perimeter is designed to create a bit of a rim around the outside, which was handy when we used it with a 5-year-old. I would definitely recommend this air mattress to anybody who needs something easy to store, easy to inflate and deflate, and comfortable. It was pricier than other options, but so far I don't have any regrets. Also, the customer service with the company was incredible.

Purchased a mattress with Sound Asleep a few months ago and was very pleased with the ease of use of this product, it's so convenient not having to pack an additional pump or extra equipment and just having the internal pump and plugging it in to inflate. We would use a foam pad to lay on top and couldn't believe how comfortable it was to sleep on. We quickly began to take it out camping with us and a week ago we noticed it began deflating throughout the night and called customer service about what they'd recommend and was pleasantly surprised by their customer service! Incredibly helpful and responsive. They shipped us a new mattress and haven't had the problem since. Would highly recommend their products and company 🙂

I had a great night(s) sleep on SoundAsleep Mattress!! It's super comfortable, durable, easy to use, and folds up nicely. I especially like the height because of my knee issues and has helped others verses other mattresses that are close to the ground. It's definitely worth the price and loved it so much I bought another one for my parents home:) And GREAT customer service!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:It was extra tall AND extra long (for a twin bed) I'm 6'3" and it's long enough. Also the built in pump is very convenient.The bed worked very well and was comfortably firm for an air mattress, until it stopped holding air. The one of two that I purchased started leaking air out of the pump. I contacted customer service to see if the problem was repairable and found out it wasn't. However, even with the product months out of warranty they said they would ship me a replacement bed, free of charge. Now that's 5 star service! The reason for the 4 stars is due to the need to replace it so soon but I'm very impressed with this company and how they treat their customers- 4 1/2 Stars?
