can you dim blue light in switch?

If you have the lower (smaller) light wired to be 'always-on' you could dim them by putting an LED-compatible dimmer in of the power supply to those LEDs. But most likely the top (larger) light is the one that's too bright, and that one is connected internally to the switched power output. The only fairly easy way to dim that is to put some type of tint film on the back side of the lens in the rocker.

I’m not sure of your exact question, but these are made to operate relay switches because they are not made to carry a Amperage load except for very low. He two power poles are (1) the 12v power that will be switch to pass 12v thru (2) the light in the switch to show it is on. But one switch would be able to control multiple relays at the same time.
