Bought this to make garlic chili oil.The heat leval is very good. I bought hot it dose have a good amount of heat. If you love heat it will be a good amount of heat .if you can't handle heat but the mild. They are just ground chili no fillers. Also tried just sprinkled on food was very good a nice numby ness and good flavor..
