Need to be able to remove loctite screw. probably machine torqued (philips head). can this get that loosened?

Mm I really like this set but I'm , It will loosen a machine tightened screw if ,you can generate enough pressure to keep it from jumping out of the screw head..I dont think the ratchet will break .
