This dry mouth gel is awesome!!!!! Definitely the best I've ever tried!! I have struggled with dry mouth for years! I have tried many products and generally my favorite seems to be gel. I'm not a big fan of the mints/lozenges or gum. In the past I often used the biotine gel but it is overly sweet and doesn't last very long. It also doesn't have much flavor other than sickly sweet. In contrast, this Xyligel is amazing! It has a great texture/consistency! It is mildly sweet and not overpowering! It has a creamy consistency and a mild orange flavor! Very similar to a orange cream flavor but very mild! In addition to xylitol it also has vegetable oil and orange oil. My dentist had recommended rubbing olive oil in my mouth for dry mouth but I struggled to do that with the flavor/texture of olive oil. I was super excited to find a product that has oil and xylitol which are both great mouth moisturizers! There is no sugar, only xylitol- if you are diabetic or worried about sugar intake. The tube is also generously sized for the price! Definitely great value for money! My tube came printed wrong which is a little silly but doesn't impact the product or quality! I often use this product after brushing my teeth and before bed or naps to help with dry mouth! I also use it any other time I feel I need it! It last a decent amount of time, especially compared to the biotine brand! No wierd aftertaste or wierd sensation like I've experienced with other peoducts. The cap on the tube comes sealed with a plastic sticker and has a slight texture to it to make it easy to unscrew the cap! The applicator is long and narrow for targeted/precise application if there is a specific spot you want to put it. It is super easy to use! I squeeze some on my tongue and then use my tongue to spread the creamy gel around my mouth! Like I said before, it tastes amazing and really works well! I am definitely going to be purchasing this product again and recommend it to anyone who has dry mouth! If I could give it more than 5 stars I would!! I absolutely love this product!

I really wish this was, like, a gel for running or something because the flavor is really tasty. Not too sweet, but flavorful enough to make sure you use it. It's a nice orange flavor that doesn't taste medicinal. I applied to the front and back of my teeth only and it lasted half the night. Quickly applied more and it lasted the rest of the night. I'm probably applying way too little but I genuinely just tried it so I'm not used to it yet.

My husband suffers from dry mouth because of a medication he takes. He uses this at night before going to bed and it helps. We’ve tried other product products and this seems to work the best.

Update 2 weeks later — tried a replacement, hoped from a different batch. But this one was even less safe, no safety seals or even tape, and not even a product box, just a ready-to-ship baggie. Really sad, really needed this for a family member with low saliva, mouth psoriasis, and chewing-swallowing problems. No idea what to try next bc most products we have seen here have so many chemicals, sweeteners, and flavorings that are harsh for us, they would be impossible to use, worseners. We are giving up on this product, will try asking amazon for a final refund, will keep trying to find something else, and hope our family member will be able to keep eating in the meantime. Dumping unsafe product on consumers just hurts. Bought in mid-Apr-2026, expected to love this — simple, soothing ingredients for mouth psoriasis and low saliva. But, packaging was unsafe — safety tape on outside of cap, but no actual safety seal inside, cap was simple, loose screw-on not flip-top, and gel was leaking. Amazon ai said to not use, and to request a replacement or refund. So we chatted with Amazon customer service, and they refunded. We hope a replacement from a different batch will be safer.
