Given I read the reviews on what a challenge it was to install prepped me for the worst, and I'm glad I was ready. It is worth it, but unless you hire a pro, be sure to install it with someone you get along well with and plan on a couple of hours. First, I was lucky enough to get all parts in one piece. No issues with broken glass pieces. Very well packaged, but sinker pieces were cheap. Maybe have some on hand that don't break easily. They are key to make sure it's mounted well. Getting the brace and drum mounted to the ceiling was difficult, and the instructions are horrible, so you have to get creative and think it through. We could only get 2 bolts in the small holes that connect the drum to the lighting board, so make sure your ceiling X brace is well mounted (that's where good sinkers come in.) My room is 380 sf and its well lit in our MBR. If you go in knowing it's a challenge for the lay person(s), you won't regret it. It's not for the faint of heart to install, but it's very pretty both on and off.

The light looks grea, however buyer be ware. We've installed several lights and this is a really poor design. The crystal strings and parts were mislabeled, 4 of the 25 crystals were broken, poor installation instructions and the base that screwed into the ceiling had 4 main screws to attach the light piece that wasn't secure enough to mount. We had to drill separate holes and place wiring thread around the screws in order to feed them through. It took two people, two ladders, and some manual hacks to get this installed. Notice some missing crystals in my photo (because they broken)

It was a bit of a pain in the butt to install, but it is so beautiful. We have it in our bedroom and we have a dimmer. We bought 40 watt bulbs for it. I love how it looks, how it ties the room together and how pretty it with the dimmer option.

Very nice looking. Hung this lamp in about 30 minutes, but that was because we read all the reviews and took those suggestions. Had two broken glass pieces. So I am trying to find out how to get replacements.

A beautiful piece but installation is horrible. The plat plastic shrink wrap is hard to take off it cost me too much to get the repair main to put it up. He's many years experience. He said it is the worst to install. But it was worth iit to me because it is beautiful

Absolutely gorgeous! Everything was packaged securely, nothing broken (even had a few extra crystals as backups). Contractor had no problem installing. The dangling crystals are a little tedious to put up... But nothing super challenging. The light reflects through the shade leaving a cool pattern on the ceiling.

No instructions and very cheaply made. Single packing slip is poorly printed and link to installation video is unreadable. This is not a typical basic fixture install and you need instructions!

It is a beautiful light. It works well in the guest bedroom and have had many compliments on it. I thought it was a great buy and it looks great. The crystals took a little time to install. Not hard at all, but if you have hung crystals anywhere, you know they require patience.
