Jamieson ProVitamina E Hydrating Gel-Cream 60mL (2.1fl.oz.)

I have oily skin, mild adult acne, and I am sensitive to perfumes. My favourite moisturiser is the JamiesonJamieson Vitamin E Hydrating Day Cream, and the vitamin C serum. I also sometimes use the night time retinol moisturiser from this line, but it's too perfumed for me to use as often as I would like to.This day cream has way, WAY too much perfume, more than the retinol. I can react very badly to some perfumes - I have not gotten any hives from this product, but I still find the scent overwhelming. It feels more like a night than a day cream as it is quite oily and heavy. I use it about once a week at night for a little moisture boost but it will never work for me as a daily product.Probably great for those with dry skin.

Nice texture

This review is for the cream-gel day cream which I bought because the cream formula was not available. It is okay but I find the skin around my mouth remains tight and dry feeling. I touch that area up with night cream. Would likely be good for someone with oily skin. I really liked the day cream that is actually a cream. Hope it becomes available again when this is used up.

I've been using Vitamin E cream on my face for decades and people always guess my age at 10 - 15 years younger than my actual age. This product is a lovely, lightweight moisturizer and the scent is not strong for me. I highly recommend this cream to everyone I know, usually... but not this time.Besides being a smaller quantity of 60ml at the usual price for 120ml, this item is not the usual product. Instead of the pure white, lightweight cream, it is almond-colored and more of a lotion consistency. Apparently, it is NOT eligible for return and I won't be using this on my face as I had intended.

I used to love this stuff. Ran out and ordered another one only to see that the size is now half what it once was and the color is different. Not sure if I will continue to use or not
