Does everything it claims!
After much research I decided to purchase Rhodiola for stress, focus and energy and it is amazing! It does not give me the jitters or heart palpitations. This product truly takes the edge off. I’ve tried other supplements in the past and some work for a few weeks and then I don’t know how to explain it..I end up feeling more irritable or anxious. For example, 5-htp, St. John’s Wort, or even Thorne’s other product Deproloft (I think they changed the name). This product doesn’t do that, just a nice subtle relaxed feeling. I take one in the morning with my b12 supplement and I’m good to go :) Also, it’s worth saying I can feel the difference when I don’t take it.
