Easy to swallow
I just bought these so my opinion is as an early / first time user. Easy to swallow, no after taste, and I do feel a burst of energy after taking them.I used to take my vitamins mid-afternoon but after reading the label on these, I decided to move the vitamin taking game up to earlier in the day in case there was a burst of energy. There is and with no upset stomach. I do recommend these.
