Can this charge a MacBook Air fully with no problem?

if your laptop is usb-c port 30W, although we haven't tested this charger with your laptop, as far as I know, it will charge your macbook fully.

Does this work with iWatch 7 series, if I already have the wire end?

If it has a "Lightening connector' on the plugin end, it will work very well.

What's the difference between this and the other powerport iii duo charger with 36w?

The only difference is the wattage, the 40w charges at 20w max per port and the 36w at 18w max per port, that means each port is only rated for that regardless of if you are charging one or two devices, each port is independent. Hope that helps.

What does a green led mean or if the led doesn't turn on at all?

I have a blue LED on my charging brick. It should come on when you have it plugged into a power source. You may also plug in a device and see if it starts to charge it.
