The pillow is good, the app is BAD
Guys fix your app!!! I'm not going to list the issues, everyone is telling the truth. I gave this a chance because I read the reviews and thought so what, the app is probably a little bad. No it's REALLY BAD. Like did some first-year-dropout programmer code this? C'mon guys this pillow is too expensive to have this buggy of an app. It's an embarrassment. I'm only second year engineering and I could probably make a better app.

First night was great.
I got this yesterday, and was amazed at the first nights sleep. I'll try to update the review after a week to cover long term results. What I can say after the first nights use is... wow. I had a snore app running on my phone that I have used for weeks, and I compared the difference with my first night with this product, and it is a world of difference. The vibration didn't wake me, but was apparently enough to make me move which stopped me from snoring. The ZEEQ app setup was pretty painless, and the app seems to have nice features. I'll know more as I accumulate data and experiment. The pillow is a little firm, but I haven't made any adjustments to the chipped foam yet. I'll report back on comfort once I see what customization I can do.Again... I'll post again when I have a better sample.

Speaker is too loud
The speaker is too loud to be quiet enough for the person sleeping next to you.

Does not work at all
I was initially excited about the pillow and couldn't wait for it to arrive. I'm a heavy snorer and thought the sleep tracking and snore alarm would benefit me a lot. I went through the process of setting everything up and making sure it connects to the app I had to download the first night. I was a little bit troubled after seeing that the app itself hasn't had an update since January.......2019. Everything seemed to be working ok so I wasn't too worried. First night I started the sleep tracking and went to sleep. Woke up the next morning and turned the sleep tracking off as instructed and waited for the results to show up. Nothing. Went back and read the instructions again to make sure I did everything correctly and yep I did. Noticed my neck was hurting also so I adjusted the memory foam in the pillow and tried again the next night. Still won't sleep track after 2 nights of use and my neck and shoulder is hurting worse. Not a comfortable pillow imo and worse of all the app is busted with 0 support. Paid $49.99 for a busted brick basically. I wouldn't reccomend to anyone.

All fake reviews - Updated after I broke down and bought one
OK, I was one of the one's calling out "fake reviews", but I was really curious, so I bought one...I've been using it for about a week. Here are my initial thoughts:The pillow does not fit in standard pillow cases. If you try to force it in there, the result is a pillow that is too tall and hard to sleep on.When using the included pillow case, the pillow is very firm, but not uncomfortable. I have to shop for more pillow cases to see if this will ultimately be a problem. You can supposedly adjust the firmness of the pillow by removing filling. They include extra filling for some reason (I can't see ever wanting to add more). I have not tried removing filling yet, but I will. The electronics inside the pillow can sometimes be felt. I have not found this to be a major problem, but it seems like maybe they could have made those components thinner. For the retail price of this pillow, it seems to me that this should have been done to eliminate the possibility of feeling the electronics. The snore monitor and sleep score features are pretty inaccurate. The snore monitor should be directly tied to the motion monitor so that noise from motion is not viewed as snoring. Every time you turn over or adjust position, the pillow sees the motion and you can see the overlap in that motion with what the pillow is calling snoring. Why this wasn't part of the software design is beyond me.The sleep score isn't very accurate because it assumes that the second you push the button, you are asleep. If you forget to push the button as soon as you are awake, the pillow thinks you are still asleep (even if you are no longer in bed). I don't see a way around this without additional data points like heart rate or gyroscope attached to the person being tracked. Maybe they can develop an add-on that goes under the sheet that could grab heart rate to measure depth of sleep (this is one area where trackers like Microsoft Band do well - but wearing things on your wrist in bed stinks) and at least body pressure so that if you get out of bed (and stay out for x minutes), the software retroactively kills the sleep schedule from the point that you got out of bed.The snore alarm gives false alarms when you move around a lot. I cannot say for sure if the alarm actually works as intended since I can see lots of snore monitor activity triggering when there is motion but not much without Morton. Note: You can see where the alarm went off when you zoom in.The music feature was something I thought I'd have no use for, but it's actually kind of nice. The speakers work fairly well but getting the volume set to the right level can be a challenge.Bluetooth connectivity / App usage. This is an area that could use a little more work (specifically for the music features of the pillow), I use iOS (both iPhone 7 and iPad Pro); I have not tested with Android so the results there may be different. The setup process is not painful. The usage process if you want to listen to music is where things don't always work smoothly. When you get into bed and start up the app, it finds the pillow without issue, but if you go to play music, most of the time I find that the sound comes out of the phone or iPad rather than the speakers. You have to dick around for a while to get the sound redirected to the pillow. When you are tired and trying to unwind in bed, this isn't something you want to have to dick with. Further, if you happen to have the sound on the phone/iPad set at an unfriendly level, and your spouse is in the bed asleep, the result of this is far from stellar. Once you have the sound coming out of the pillow speakers and the volume set correctly, it's nice.Autosleep - Not exactly. It notes that you are in bed and immediately starts to track sleep. See my thoughts above about having to tie in additional data points to make this accurate. I tried it for two nights and turned it off because I tend to sit in bed reading or looking at a tablet for 45-60 minutes before sleeping. The App is still buggy. Autosleep toggle is not functional on the iPad but works on the iPhone. App occasionally crashes. Music control for Spotify is horrible - it pulls playlists you have the first time but will not update the playlists ever again. It also goes through the "authorization" process virtually every time you try to use it. This needs a ton of work to make it not suck. So, after what reads as a highly negative review, why give it four stars? Well, the pillow itself is well made and pretty comfortable given how firm it is. I think when I get around to removing a little of the filling it will be more comfortable (and I will update the review at that point). I actually have found that I am sleeping a little more restfully with this pillow compared to my prior pillow. I'm optimistic that the snore alarm works since I don't think my wife has punched me awake since I started using the pillow (maybe I should ask her....). I suspect that the manufacturer will probably fix some of the app issues to make it suck a little less. I'm deducting a 1/2 star for the crappy Spotify integration and a 1/2 star for making the pillow a non-standard size and there is no way to fix that. The rest of the pillow is pretty decent overall so I'm not deducting stars at this point. I'm going to continue using it for the rest of the month before I make a decision on keeping it. I'll update the review after the return period closes irrespective of whether I keep the pillow.
