I really enjoy the Emergen-C Strawberry Kiwi drink mix! The flavor is light, fruity, and refreshing without being overly sweet or artificial tasting. The strawberry and kiwi blend well together and make it easy to drink, especially mixed with cold water. It dissolves quickly and doesn’t leave any gritty texture, which I appreciate. I like having it on hand during busy weeks or when I feel like I need a little extra immune support. It’s also convenient to toss a packet in my bag for travel or work. Overall, it’s a tasty and simple way to get added vitamins, and the Strawberry Kiwi flavor is definitely one of my favorites. In stores I have a hard time finding a good flavor but Amazon came through again for this one. I don’t recommend taking on an empty stomach as the vitamin surge might be a little bit too much but with a meal or after a meal works great! I Would recommend if you’re feeling a little under the weather to hep boost your immune system.

I used to be a victim of brain fog and sleepiness. I remember having to take naps just to be able to get through the day. But these vitamins completely changed that. And since my executive dysfunction is gone I’m able to do chores, find new hobbies, and start writing my book. I know this probably sounds super fake or maybe I was just super deficient in one of these vitamins lol, but I’m being completely serious. They are life saving and now I drink one every day!! I gave some to my sister and she had the same experience as me. She usually struggles to wake up (you have to literally shake her awake) but now she wakes up so easily. And she used to take naps every single day, now she rarely does. We both have so much more energy that’s it’s actually insane. If you’re contemplating buying these I really think you should get them. I would recommend this to anyone who needs a little help getting through the day, or to someone who just needs their daily vitamins!! Also I have tried the raspberry, super orange, and strawberry kiwi flavours. So far the strawberry kiwi has been my favourite flavour.
