Whats the difference between irish seamoss and yours? St. Lucia?

Hello! Irish Sea moss is suppose to come from cold waters, our sea moss comes from the warm Caribbean seas of Saint Lucia. We are also certified wildcrafted with our phytosanitary certification that proves that our sea moss comes from the oceans of Saint Lucia. Thank you for your question.

I can’t tell if this is salt/sand on the package or mold?! Please help

Hello! It is a combination of salt and sand most likely. I soak mine for an hour or so then I rinse it several times while squeezing out any sand or small rocks that might be caught in the moss. Hope this helps

How many cups of water do I blend it with?

You dnt need to soak the entire packet it swells up pretty big. Depending on how much you do I eye ball it as u can add more liquid if its too thick after it stiffs in the fridge but I put the rehydrated moss in the blender first an put the water in a lil under half of where the moss stops on the number on the blender. Exapmle if it reaches the 20 ill put water in to the 8.5-9. I hope this helps

Great stuff!!

So good!! I simply hydrate it in filtered water for a few hours, rinse a few times, and eat as is. I like the seaweed taste. I've eaten seaweed right out of the ocean and loved it... so the texture doesn't bother me.I don't bother with adding the lime juice. I think it changes the flavor... and not for the better.

It’s important to know the difference between Irish seamoss and seamoss.

I made gel, the quality is good, the smell is what is expected for marine algae and the color was purple as advertised. The texture of the gel was not was I expected in part due to the product not being true Irish Seamoss, but St Lucian seamoss, which has a different growth pattern resulting in a difference in texture.

Super high in minerals

I ordered the purple. I made it as described on the package and added pineapple and filtered water. It smelled a little strong so I was worried, but the taste is pleasant and easy to incorporate into my daily routine.

This product seems authentic BUT!!!!

I ordered this product twice, the first batch was great 👍 seems to be authentic & not pool grown. Why I gave it 3 stars 🌟 was because my second batch was so skimpy it only gave me 8 1/2 ounces!!! Smh....Guess I gotta find a different supplier !
