First SKYRC question where the answer seems to be a simple - yes. There are 4 NiMH charging routines, the simple Charge routine auto senses the required voltage (I've never done 5 cells, but I recall 4 worked) and in all programs the current limit can be selected in 0.1A steps to the max of 6.0A. So, yes.

will this charge dean's connectors?

The charger adapter cables include a T type Deans charging connector plus others.
