First time buyer of this toner for my Laserjet Pro P1102W printer. I bought the double pack and have only tried one thus far, so can't comment on other reveiws who state sometimes the second doesn't work. Will report back in a year ;) (if it lasts that long!) if that' the case or not! Packaging was great - others completely encased in styrofoam on sides and snug in box. One problem (deducted one star - though sold be 1/2 stars) is there were no instructions at all. I wasn't sure if I should take off the orange plastic pieces on each end of cartridge that seem to be part of toner cartridge and when I did an long piece of ribon came out and I thought I ruined the toner. A quick Google search showed that's what you do and throw out the attached clear ribbon and orange plastic piece. Maybe this is standard for toner replacement cartridges but this was my first time changing the toner so for new buyers HTH. Update : 2nd Toner cartridge works just fine too!

I use several printers here for various purposes, and the printer I use most often for daily use is an HP 1217 B/W laser printer. I print all of my text documents, labels, and a lot of image-based items where the print quality doesn't need to be extremely high. I am a designer/maker/artist and so I print a lot of stuff that often includes line drawings/schematics etc, and I also use it to print out all of my basic design grunt work stuff like when I am testing compositions and layout ideas etc. I also design stickers and so I use this for label printing a great deal of the time as well for test prints or for printing stacks of freebie giveaway stickers. So as you can see I mostly use this printer because of the economic value of these toner cartridges over inkjet printing, but because of the type of stuff I am printing, I have to have a steady supply of them that perform at a decent level of quality. I came across this brand when I logged into Amazon and it popped up in my daily deals for about $14 (Ibelieve they are $19.99 at full price), which is about half the price of the brand I was using before, so I went ahead and ordered them so that I could try them out and see how they stacked up. The cartridges came the next day and were nicely packaged and undamaged, They came in individual boxes and had the usual heavy-duty sealed plastic bag for the cartridge itself. Just like any other brand, they come with all of the normal plastic snap-in covers to keep things in place etc. The cartridge I installed fit my machine perfectly and installed just like the HP brand. The printer recognized the cartridge as a real HP one and all of the cartridge monitoring features of my print software suite seem to be working just fine. I started off with printing out a 280-page pdf manual to test it out and the print quality was great without having to make any adjustments at all. I then loaded up some large label sheets from different manufacturers and started printing a bunch of sticker designs I made up last year just to see how the toner worked on the various brands of labels and there were no problems on any of the 7 brands tested in terms of both darkness and toner adhesion. The next thing I did was to print out about 10 pages of designs to be used as image to wood/canvas transfers. I used several techniques (poly-acrylic, mod-podge, acetone) and they all transferred just as good as my previous brand of cartridge did, which is pretty much just as well as the far more expensive HP brand ones. I only rated them 3 stars for longevity for now since I can't really speak to that until I run one of these cartridges empty, but considering I have already printed just under 500 pages with this one and it is showing as still being 3/4 full in my software monitor, I would guess I will definitely get close to the 1600 pages they advertised, even though my typical print is far heavier than the 5% coverage level that they quote the 1600 page life with. But like I said, we will see where it lands when this runs dry. So unless the quality of this product suddenly changes for some reason, I would happily recommend them to anyone who burns through toner the way I do and wants to save some money for their other project needs.

I initially purchased a 2-pack of these cartridges to give them a try. After installing and trying each of them, I had some lines of toner printing on the paper. I emailed Aztech customer service and received a reply from Mike that he would send me replacements right away. (I ran the printer heavy that day testing both cartridges and one of them began printing as it should.) I replied to Mike and asked him to only replace 1 cartridge. I received the replacement very quickly. I installed it to test and it prints perfectly. I have been a sales rep for office supplies and have also sold copiers. I have sold a lot of toner cartridges over the years - both OEM and compatibles. You can have an occasional failure with any of them - even name brand like HP. What matters is that your supplier will take care of you when that happens. I appreciate that Aztech customer service took care of my problem and I'm very satisfied with the quality of the print from their cartridges.

I had low expectations for the quality of these cartridges, given their price being so much lower than the brand-name cartridges. The ratings have been high, so decided to give it a try. After using one for a few weeks, I am impressed. The print quality is excellent. My printer did display a message that it was a non-HP cartridge, but it has worked perfectly. It deserves the high ratings it has been receiving.

Good quality toner cartridges at a good price. Customer service is responsive and very helpful as they stand behind their products and support their customers. I will be a returning customer.

The first cartridge worked great. It lasted a long time and had good print quality. But the second one was defective. It leaves the middle of the page blank and puts a big blob of black on the right hand side. (See image.) As an update, I saw in other reviews that this company has good customer service, and so I contacted the company. They responded within a day saying that they would send a replacement cartridge. So, I am changing my review from a 1 to a 5.

It's a lot cheaper than buying a brand's laserjet cartridge. And it works just as well.

Commandée fin octobre pour ma réserve et installée aujourd'hui 31/01/2018 et quelle erreur de ma part. Cartouche mal reconnue par l'imprimante 1102W. Plante l'imprimante une fois sur 2. Des traces sur toute la feuille quand on arrive à imprimer. Bref, une honte de vendre ce produit. Ne jettez pas votre argent avec ce produit et ne perdez pas votre temps 22€ à la Poubelle Edit du 14/02/2018: après méssage au vendeur, il m'a intégralement remboursé le produit. Donc 5* à AZTECH pour leur excellent service
