So far this filtration system is amazing. I did a water test before and after and the filter virtually remove removed all of the chlorine. Before the filter, I could not even smell or drink the water. It was disgusting.Due to the filter, my water is of springwater quality. The taste is now amazing. Connecting and setting up this water filter is very easy.

Update (June 2025) It has been eight months, and the water flow has decreased considerably from 100% to 25%, despite its advertised two-year filtration capacity. Water flow is a significant factor. While it may be affected by Oklahoma City's water quality, I still find it worthwhile because it provides fresh water for drinking, cooking, washing dishes, and hands. Therefore, paying $5–$10 per month, depending on the filter's lifespan, remains a reasonable cost. Old review (Feb 2025) First of all I want to share that I live in Oklahoma city urban area to give a more specific views on the quality of water here. It has been 4 months since I installed the Waterdrop under sink water filter to improve the taste and quality of my tap water. Here's my experience with the installation, performance, and overall value of this system. Water Taste and Clarity: The filtered water tastes significantly better than my tap water, no smells. It's clear and the chlorine taste/odor/sediment has been greatly eliminated. Flow Rate: The water flow rate is good (reasonably slower than before installation) Filter Lifespan: I've been using the filter for 4 months and it's still performing well with no reduced flow rate compared to 4 months ago.

Our city changed from watershed to well, bringing hard minerals and strong taste to our home. Rather than put in an expensive home-wide water treatment, we wanted to address our drinking water and live with our otherwise fine city water supply for our other uses. An under-sink filter in our kitchen was all we wanted. I spent weeks looking at all the ways and wiles of water purification, products, prices, specifications, life. This filter handles cleaning away bad tastes and substances, including microplastics, offers up to 40X the filter life (comes with a 2 year timer), costs about 1/3 its nearest competitor, and took me about 20 minutes to install. I was concerned its flow rate would be a problem, but we felt we could live with it, as we use that sink for cooking and drinking only. We did not notice even the slightest loss of flow from our faucet! So, thumb’s up for flow rate, price, performance, cartridge life, and ease of installation. I shoulda been a plumber!

4 star since the water taste weird after a while. Get the job done, somewhat make tap water drinkable. Easy to install and use. Beware of the pressure drop after installing.

The water quality has improved significantly, both visually and in taste. You can definitely feel the difference. It was delivered as promised. Installation is easy and all instructions are readable and easy to follow!

This cannot be a reputablecompany. The one job of the Filter is to filter/clean the water enough to drink but this one failed every time. I bought 9 of the UF Filters and One of the RF Filter (Their WD-RF10 Model that Claims it Removes PFAS, PFOA/PFOS, Lead, Chlorine, Bad Taste & Odor, e.t.c, But Seems Like it Adds to it) after Reading what they advertised and having a decent review, Plus they were on sale. So after receiving them, I immediately installed one, flushed it as recommended, before connecting to my water line. I ran some cups of water to see the Clarity, however the water kept coming out with floating particles, I don't know if they are Filter particles breaking off, but it surely looks like the whatever material(s) they use are Disintegrating inside the filter. Because each time I run water through the filter, the same Looking particles remain in the the water. I want to drink clean Filtered water, not further contaminated water. There's a video of the Filter being cut open, you can see what the filter is made of. That explains why alot of people reported their Water Pressure dropping after installing these Filters and some reports the Filter housing cracking out of the Blue. I tried both Filters and the same thing happened. It's hard to capture on Photo but very clear in Video. Also, regardless of the type or model of filter you get, it all comes in the same Looking Box. Just a sticker with the model, this is not a big deal, however. But, The Filters have to have been very cheaply made Which is very dangerous, for a product that is Consumed/ingested. It is however easy to install and the water taste improved noticeably, those are the only 2 good things it's got going for it. But then, the taste might also be linked to the materials Disintegrating inside.

Installation très facile, contrairement à ce qu'on pourrait penser sur la photo, les flexibles inox sont de bonne longueur (70cm, ils sont enroulés avec deux tours sur la photo...), ce qui facilite grandement le positionnement du filtre. Il n'est par ailleurs pas obligatoire de le fixer, il peut être simplement posé verticalement et calé sous l'évier. Le filtre se clipse sans aucune difficulté avec un système quart de tour, il n'y a aucune fuite. On peut aussi installer un autre type filtre de la marque Waterdrop, c'est un système standard chez eux. Très efficace sur le chlore, le goût a disparu complètement. N'a aucun impact sur le pH et le TDS (c'est bien indiqué dans le descriptif, ce n'est pas le but, voir du côté de leur fontaine à eau à osmose inverse WD-K19-H pour ça). Concernant le débit, je remplis le réservoir de 5L de ma fontaine WD-K19-H en 45 secondes, c'est plus que suffisant pour un usage courant. Globalement, je suis très satisfait de ce produit, qui coche toutes les cases, il est de très bonne qualité au niveau des matériaux, s'installe vraiment très simplement (tout est fourni), et fonctionne exactement comme prévu.
