I am in the habit of getting full sets of gel nails + gel polish and then deciding I miss my natural nails. It's such a pain to remove them on my own. The other night I tried desperately to remove the polish off my right thumb nail with a cube 100/180 coarse, foam file from Sally's Beauty Supply (see first photo). It took about 20-30 minutes of filing and some tired arms to even make a dent in the polish. The Sally's file was being eaten away after barely one nail. I went on Amazon for a better option. I purchased these files for the price and the great reviews. I chose the 100/180 option- it's very coarse which definitely helps with removing gel polish and nails. Very happy with my decision. In the second photo, it took less than one minute to remove all gel polish; no soaking in acetone, no hard filing, just gentle back-and-forth. I am so impressed and RELIEVED that I now have an easy option when it comes to removing stubborn gel polish and nails. It's also amazing for shaping! The filing hardly put a dent in the one file; I am working on nail #3 and using the same area on the file with great success. The file is extremely thick and sturdy so it won't bend while filing. Will be purchasing again when (or if) I ever need some more files!

Quality nail files at a great price. With the amount you get it’s perfect for keeping a nail file everywhere. I keep one in my purse, one in my desk, one in my nightstand, and several in each bathroom. They are especially great for artificial nails, but they work very well on natural nails too! Easy to clean them. They buff away imperfections or old polish with ease. I also like to use these to remove old polish on my six-year-old’s toenails when we paint our toes because I do not like to expose her to the toxins in nail polish remover as she has extremely sensitive skin. These are definitely a quality you would find in a nail salon.

Nail files that work better for artificial nails. The files I purchased are 100 Grit on one side and 180 Grit on the other side. 100 Grit is very rough, and these did not work well on my natural nails because they were too rough. However, these would be good for artificial/acrylic nails and toe nails. They also work great as sanding tools. The 180 Grit side is a little bit softer, but still pretty rough. My nails were too thin for these files, but I think these would work well on people who have thicker nails or perhaps on toe nails. You get 10 for $8, so I think it's a good deal. They're not too expensive, so you don't have to feel bad using them freely and throwing them away when they are not usable anymore. However, they're pretty sturdy, and I think they would last you a while. Overall, a good deal on nail files, as long as you use them for their proper use.

Perfect same as what you buy in the store 1/3 of the price. Will definitely be buying more.

Good product

I have been looking for quality nail files for quite awhile and finally found them! These replaced all the others that have been tried, failed and stacking up. The grit is perfect for both fingernails and toenails. One side smooths them out. Quickly and painlessly, I have been able to file my natural nails to a length I like and the file also smooths out any rough spots on your feet. Get these - you won’t be disappointed.

These are totally professional use files that I repeatedly re-order for my clients to purchase, one for each client then washed, sanitised, and strerilised, before putting in a zip lock bag ready for their next service. They last absolutely ages and I am so happy with them. After spending over fifteen years doing nails I highly recommend them !!!

These nail files are fantastic, exactly what I needed. They have 2 sides 1 side is more coarse than the other and perfect for filing down gel nails which is why I got them. you get 6 in a pack which is great and should last long! Will purchase again!

I originally ordered the 100/180 files. They were excellent quality, but not fine enough. Theses 180/240 grit files are perfect. They work really well and are top quality.
