Makes the perfect sausage egg muffin

When these 6 egg rings arrived, two of them already had chips off the inside of the rings. First time I used them I placed four of them on the griddle and used Crisco Butter spray on the inside. The first batch of eggs stuck to the rings horribly. I did clean them up, which took some time getting the egg whites off the insides of the rings.I tried again after cleaning them; this time I really sprayed the egg ring insides; this time they did pull off with destroying the eggs but there was still egg whites stuck to the inside of the rings; the third time I used them I used olive oil on the inside; worst idea I had. They really stuck to the rings!So, the fourth time I used them, I once again used the Crisco Butter spray, and instead of cracking the egg into the ring, I scrambled each egg and pour it into the ring. This seemed to work better, no egg product sticking to the inside rings.The Stainless still handles, are very nice and do have a tight spring back and forth.Overall, I wish my older Egg/muffin rings would have lasted longer than 15 years. So, now, I will be searching for other Egg/muffin rings...

When I got them, they were a little smaller than I expected. When I used them, they were perfect. Easy to use. I use them with my cast iron and they work great. I use spray olive oil, and make sure I get the sides so the eggs don't stick. Easy to clean. Love them!

Purchased as a gift to be used on a black stone. They love them, as described, work well for eggs and pancakes.

It’s is a little small for the large eggs but works, also the handles get a little warm
