I Love This Stuff!
Despite the clever name, "Mongolian Fire Oil" this is not too spicy. It adds a great but not too hot kick to Asian food and other dishes. I use it frequently to enhance the flavor of my cooking and have provided it in a basket as hostess gifts to friends. Give it a try--you won't be disappointed.

Flavor and packaging excellent!
House of Tsang Mongolian Fire Oil is great, as always, and I hope to be able to always get it through Amazon in the future since my local stores never seem to have it anymore. Also, the packaging was awesome -- as shown by the photo, each bottle was separately encased in pillow air pods so no breakage could possibly happen (an all-too-often occurrence nowadays)!

Fire oil is fire!
This Mongolian fire oil is awesome! This is that flavor you are looking for if your trying to duplicate that good Mongolian flavor from your favorite Chinese restaurant. Hints of galic and ginger with the spice of chilies. A must for your spice cabinet. Delicious on meat, seafood and veggies with a kick of heat. Great in homemade marinades or by its self. Rub all over a steak or chicken breast and grill for a delightful steak that will have everyone asking what's your secret. I'm warming you, once you start using this stuff, you won't want to run out!

I love this, but 6-pack was close to BB date
I've been buying this product one at a time from my local grocery store, but it was not there the last time. I use it often in ramen and any Asian (or even non-Asian) dishes. I decided to get this 6-pack on subscription. It was well-packed; interesting that it was 2, 3-packs wrapped within the wrapped 6-pack. As others have noted, each bottle of this 6-pack that I received just a few days ago shows a BB date of FEB 2024. I guess I'll just store it in the fridge to prolong it.

Can't make MFO Salad without Mongolian Fire Oil
Back in the 90s this was a hit at potlucks. Basically coleslaw, shredded carrots, ginger, water chestnuts, red peppers, green onion, rice vinegar or ACV, some peanuts and/or peanut or sesame oil and the essential ingredient is a whole bottle of recipe for Mongolian Fire Oil. It's a bit pricey in the stores so it's really nice to be able to buy it in bulk online.

Best chili oil out there
This is easily my most favorite chili oil. It has a great Thai flavor and plenty of heat. Superb stuff! I use it on all sorts of things. Even on my salads, sandwiches, etc. Really anything that I want to add some heat and great flavor to. I use it pretty much like I would any other hot sauce, even though this is an oil.
