**Q: Can these be used on an indoor house fan??**
A: I use them on a fan in my garage. Works great.

**Q: Can you adjust the clip for verticle vents as well as horizontal**
A: Like others have already answered they do not adjust for vertical vents. It will work with the adjustment on the side instead of upright but in testing this I have found that it cuts the effectiveness by half.
