Please see the attached photos.I feel very fortunate to have received such professional and helpful service from both of you. Gotonovo is lucky to have you on their team! One happy customer here, THANK YOU! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 👍 nice product *by on Reviewed in the United States March 27, 2026* Looks great ### ⭐ Poor quality control, parts don’t fit *by on Reviewed in the United States February 19, 2024* Update: never received the correct part that company said they are shipping. Not good serviceI ordered this as I wanted the swivel tub faucet. The company’s quality control is very poor. The valve that came with the system has thicker stems so the face plate does not fit. Also, the turn knob does not fit. Company was responsive in replying but after sending numerous photos, the company said they will look for the right face plate and once shipped, it will take 5-7 days. I will have to call the plumber back to finish installing once the part comes in which will cost an additional $200 or more. With all the remodeling we are doing, I did not need this headache. The company had not responded to my request to cover the cost of the plumber again or compensate me. If you don’t want any additional headaches, stay away from this brand. Will update once I receive the part(s) or hear back from the company ## Frequently Bought Together - gotonovo Wall Mounted Bathtub Faucet with Hand Held Sprayer,Tub Shower Faucet Set,Single Handle Bathroom Shower System Mixer for Tub,Rough-In Valve Included Swivel Tub Spout Matte Black - gotonovo Rainfall Bathroom Shower System Rain Shower Head and Handle Set Wall Mounted Shower Complete Combo Solid Brass Pressure Balancing Shower Mixer Valve 10 Inch Matte Black - Esnbia Tub Shower Faucet Set (Valve Included) with 6-Inch Rain Shower Head and Tub Spout, Black Shower Head and Handle Set，Single-Handle Tub and Shower Trim Kit, Matte Black --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/264258034-gotonovo-bathtub-shower-faucet-with-handheld-and-spout-matte-black](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/264258034-gotonovo-bathtub-shower-faucet-with-handheld-and-spout-matte-black) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-10-29*
