Wonderful Herb Blend with Amazing Flavor
This Herbes de Provence blend is absolutely wonderful. The herbs are fresh, fragrant, and perfectly balanced, adding incredible flavor to vegetables, potatoes, soups, beans, and roasted dishes. I love the aromatic French-inspired blend, and a little goes a long way. The quality is excellent, and it has become one of my favorite seasonings in the kitchen. Highly recommend for anyone who enjoys cooking with herbs!

Very Fresh & Delicious!
Frontier products are always very fresh. You can tell just from looking at these spices that they’re great quality too. The expiration date on the bottle that I received is almost 3 years away. I’m super happy with that. Herbs de Provence is a delicious blend of several different spices, including lavender. It’s one of my favorites and I use it on just about everything savory. It can be difficult to find in the store, so I was really happy to find it at Amazon. The price was very good too. Very pleased!

Love this brand
This classic mix is delicious on so many items. I especially like to use a big teaspoon in the water in which I poach salmon. This brand gets this standard melange of herbs just right.

Fresh and strong
This spice was purchased for additional seasoning for brisket of corned beef and a very little does the trick. It comes packaged well and is very strong tasting. I would add maybe a tsp. for each brisket that I'm simmering. However I find that the cinnamon flavor is overly represented which might make it good for pickling vegetables like cukes, cauliflower, carrots and peppers. But for meat it's way too much cinnamon. Makes the meat spicy but I prefer more bay leaves to cinnamon whole bark and there are a lot of them. I might sift through these and take the cinnamon out and add my own bay leaves from my laurel tree but I'm fairly sure the cinnamon flavor won't dissipate much as the whole spice pack is already dominant with it. It's OK and a good price but I'm going to have to adjust it to my personal tastes.
