Assuming creatine powder weighs the same as salt and assuming one serving of creatine is one teaspoon (5.3 grams) then a 9.6oz bottle of creatine should have about 51 servings by my math.

not fully 50 scoops

the container is half full, making the consumer feel scammed, so i did a scoop count to see if that was actually the case and i came up with 47 scoopsclose enough to 50 not to warrant a complaint but knocked down a star because of it.

Absolutely amazing

This stuff is a must have for anyone getting into lifting. I’ve only been lifting for a month with this stuff and it really helps put on weight. I’ve always struggled gaining weight but with this i went from 120 to 133lbs in less than a month 10/10

Overall it's a pretty good product and I've increased strength and not needing to load is nice.The biggest drawback is the price is a little higher then other I've taken and also it doesn't mix the best. I would like to see a powder that dissolves better and not so grainy. I won't be getting another jug

Reliable and affordable growth, strength, and recovery!

I used this products earlier version when I was a body builder and active duty serviceman. It was amazing then and is even better now. Without bloating or loading up this helps me repair and grow faster and stronger while keeping my muscles full and hard. You get a great pump with it and feel like you can really get those extra reps during your workout. No flavor and mixes so easily with whatever you put it with. This is a great product.

After a few hours I had a slight headache. I’m not sure who created this mess, but it’s not safe to take it. I tried to cut cost and bought this crap. Very bad choice. Save your money and save your body. I got my return from amazon back. I have taken some creatine before and I have never saw creatine fizz in water. I went to the gym and no effect. I take kre alkalyn and that is some good stuff. You can take whatever you want BUT DO NOT TAKE THIS PRODUCT!!!
