**Q: how long do they take to kick in?  standard melatonin can take over an hour to work on me sometimes**
A: For me, it takes 15-30 minutes to kick in and if I'm not IN BED TRYING TO SLEEP within ~45 minutes of taking these, the window of effectiveness passes and I have to do something else to get to sleep. So I take them, brush my teeth and go to bed ASAP.

I’ve always struggled with sleeping, I’ve tried every melatonin on the market and every sleep aid you can think of. Anything from standing on salt before bed to 20mg of melatonin every hour. Sleepless nights suck! A friend of mine recommended me the lemme sleep gummies, she had amazing results with her 4 year old and his night terrors so I figured I might as well try them. Wow does this stuff relax your brain! This wasn't a pleasant experience for me using this product but I'll give it 5 stars for the effect that I felt. I don't have any issues falling asleep and sleeping for 3-4 hours, and generally after that I can still manage to catch an extra hour. At that point I resort to sleep "stories" through a meditation app to get an extra hour or two. Lately because of additional stress I've been unable to sleep much past the initial 3-4hrs, and because I've had good luck with Olly sleep aids before, I thought I'd give this a try. I had to go to bed early recently when I wasn't tired so I took 2 of these at bedtime. Whoa, my brain was relaxed after 30min, but it was so relaxed I could not go to sleep! I laid there for hours, fully relaxed but unable to sleep. From now on I'll only take one of these, or even half of one, and only in the middle of the night if I simply can't fall back to sleep. It was a horrible night of insomnia but I gave it 5 stars since it seems to be pretty strong stuff and would help people who have trouble relaxing to fall asleep.
