Delicious chutney for curry
This got some bad reviews so I was hesitant. But this is delicious chutney which I add when making curry and as a side. It is sweet, but curry needs a bit of sweetness to offset the flavors and strong spices. I make curry often, from scratch and prefer this brand to other more expensive Indian chutneys.

This is a good product but a little pricey.
This is a very good product but it is not a bargain. Chutney is usually a little expensive and we got hooked on it because our "small warehouse grocer" carried it at half the price until recently. It's a wonderful mango type chutney and goes with everything.

Very acceptable product! Similar to what my grandmother used to make.
I have not tried this jar, but I've ordered it in the past and it was good.

Bad jar maybe?
Something off about this jar. Think it was a bad jar. I have purchased from this company before & always good quality. But the chutney was a hard hunk with funny smell so had to trash it.

Great stuff to put on pork
I was looking for something to liven up our pork chops and came across this chutney. They do not sell chutney in the local stores so ordered it on Amazon and my goodness it is good.

The taste is spot on
For some reason, Major Grey's style mango chutney has become very difficult, if not impossible, to find in stores these days. If I do find a jar, the flavor isn't the traditional recipe that I have come to count on. This brand is a close as I have found to what I grew up with. Unfortunately, it is rather expensive.
