What can be done
Purchased these in November 22. They work great, but one of the tabs snapped on the charging hole. Now one is useless.Can these be replaced? Not even three months old. If they're replaced you get a great review.UPDATE:I filed a claim Friday January 27, the day after I posted this review. My initial review was due to the fact that the post broke.I received an email on Sunday that they were sending a new pair. Two days and on a Sunday. That's great customer service and is appreciated. Disappointed
Wore a few times in 50 degree weather on medium setting, very little heat. Tried High setting for a few minutes and very little heat again. Not worth the price.

So dissapointing
Ordered these last year for this years hunting season because my thermacell proflex that I had for 4+ years finally failed (but were awesome during that time). These gerbing insoles are WAY overpriced and arent very warm. But, thats not the worst part. The worst part is that no matter what I do, I cant get them both to come on at the same time inside my boots. The thermacells could be individually monitored and controlled (right & left). The gerbings have one remote for both right and left with no indication of status (for either or both). So, you dont know if one is on and the others not...which is exactly what happens everytime. Then, when you try to turn them off...the one that didnt turn on the first time turns on....everytime. The only way to fix it is to take off all my gear, boots and all to manually turn the one on that didnt come on...in the field in cold weather...which entirely defeats the purpose (e.g. staying warm) of having sole warmers. They are junk and worse than having nothing...because now youre troubleshooting in the cold.
