Iron supplement that was easy to take and did not cause stomach discomfort in my case. The dosage is high, so it’s best used only when needed. I noticed a slight improvement in energy after a few weeks.

Be careful because it will make you constipated, but it will work. It will bring up your iron levels quickly.

Been using this particular iron supplement for a couple of years now. I found that it’s easy to digest and I haven’t had any issues with constipation.
