My husband was constantly coming down with the cold and I had him start taking these and he has barely been sick since. He was recommended by someone with an autoimmune disease to try these to help. And I honestly believe that it's helped protect his immune system. I will say, that the pills are quite large so they can be hard to swallow at times. But overall, they are tasteless and seem to work well.

I decided to purchase this product after reading many reviews that it helps IBS, allergies, anxiety, etc. I primarily purchased it for my dogs, but I thought I would use it first to see how I felt on it. I have IBS. I've only used it about three days and have only taken two a day. So far, it has made my stomach hurt. A lot. I am wondering if it makes my stomach hurt because I also drink about 1/4 of a cup of homemade kefir milk (heavy probiotic drink) on a daily basis, so I have periodically cut kefir back in my diet. But since taking colostrum, I have noticed a bit of a difference in my bowels, so I'll continue to try it out. I just think I'll take one a day for the next month and work my way up to more if needed. I also have been giving it to my dogs and they seem to be doing fine on it. Just wish this product was liposomal delivery, because I've read that ones that are not are pretty ineffective. I'll buy colostrum again, but I doubt that I'll buy this brand. As for my dogs, I've only been giving them one a day so far, and they seem to be doing fine on it, although I don't notice a major difference in their allergies so far. I also give them about a teaspoon of kefir milk daily, so kefir is already helping their allergies considerably, but they do still have a few. I'll eventually give them one twice a day. Right now, I'd rather take it slow, because I don't want them feeling ill.
