Can't I just take more of regular Vitamin C?** A: You should research this. Regular vitamin c is absorbed far less than the regular c. The liposomal c is surrounded by lipids which alllow it to travel throughout the length of the intestines. Thus allowing almost 100% to be bioavailable to your body.
