My project car had a few dents so I decided to order this kit and give it a go. I started working at around 6-7 pm so it may not have been the best time to use the glue or the panel may have been cold & didn't want to flex anymore but it did a great job at pulling the majority of it! I will eventually repaint it but I want the least amount of bondo on the body as possible. I would highly recommend for larger dents but smaller dings not so much. The glue provided would not hold onto the paint and would not pull the smaller dings out at all. I'm going to give it another go tomorrow when its warmer out and see how it goes. If not I'll warm the panel and see what happens. Five stars because the tools themselves are really great quality. I don't see the tabs breaking any time soon nor the slide hammer itself.

I was very skeptical with this thing working at all, but purchased it nevertheless because what the heck! I followed the instructions and no surprise, the dent did not come off just a little bit. Then, just decided to get my money worth of useless attempts, I used different plates and silicone types (theres a black and a yellow one) and eventually ran into a combination that suprisingly stuck to the bumper material. I pulled really hard and the thing started to pop out but not easilly at all, so I figured since the bumper was plastic, I might help it with a bit of hot air. I don't have a hot air gun, so I picked up the wifey's hair drier, applied it to the dent before pulling and voila! The dent came out and it was left like new. I saved myself a couple hundred dollars right there. Recommended!

The glue doesn't hold real well, had to repeat the process a number of times but when it does hold it works great. Must have patience.

Product works on some dents but may not be adequate for smaller indentations. Make sure to let the glue get as hot as possible or it will not adhere to the car. Also be sure to properly clean the surface and wipe down with rubbing alcohol before applying the hot glue and pulling piece. Have plenty of rubbing alcohol and a rag available as it can be difficult to remove the piece from the car after pulling and be careful because I did manage to pull a few tiny chips of paint off with the glue when removing it. Cleaning the pulling pieces is also easier if you let them soak in a little bowl of rubbing alcohol. You can then pull most of the glue off the pulling piece easier. If one size or shape pulling tab doesn't work as well as desired, try another one. Some are rounded and some are flat which affects how it adheres to the panel. I preferred to use the puller without the slide hammer. Using the slide just pulled the glue and tab off the panel while using it with the handle alone worked better. I didn't get the results I was hoping for but the panels definitely look better than before so I'm happy with the purchase. If you can afford a larger kit with multiple different pulling devices and tabs, I would recommend purchasing one of those. Having the different size and shape pulling tabs does make a difference and the different pulling devices may work better for different dents or in specific locations. I am considering buying the two other pulling devices to see if they work better than the slide and puller.

Overall quality is decent and there are many attachments included for dents of every size and shape. I was able to find a match for several small dents on multiple vehicles. I was surprised that no glue gun was included - I see now that wasn't part of the package, so an oversight on my part, but a requirement for making any use of this kit. One should be included. My experience with dent removal was just OK. I was able to pull out several dents partway, none went away completely, even some fairly simple "pop-in / pop-out" dents. I also had trouble with the glue sticking firmly in all cases - inconsistent. For the price, I think this is an OK tool. I was hoping for complete removal of my dents and that didn't happen. Probably still better than an expensive repair.
